Total days of work so far : 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 1 + 3.5 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 21.5 days
Total amount in euros (1 day = 400 euros) : 21.5 * 400 = 8600 euros
Analysis on remaining work :
What remains to be done : 107 days in total - 21.5 days = 85.5 days of work
This amount of 85.5 days of work left for the remaining 6 months is not completely true as our work on several issues has already began, but we chose not to request for payment now because we have not sensible finished results yet to show.
Out of these 85.5 reamining days of work we have approx. 30 days of work that has already began (documentation, writing procedures, last video tutorial, community-based tools and new features to develop) or is waiting something to begin (example is the results of the security audit that we have to wait for in order to perform the correction needed).
We should be careful and focus on the remaining 53 days of work on issues that we did not begin looking at at all : these are mostly the tagging work and the link to wikidata+other tools work). Our next team meeting should be on organising work on these.
For the sake of transparency, the request above was incorrect, and of the 11 points listed, only the following were acceptable by NLNet:
4 . Milestone 3.1.1 | gitlab issue | https://doc.madada.fr | 1 day out of 1 | 400 euros
5 . Milestone 3.1.2 | gitlab issue | https://doc.madada.fr | 1 day out of 1 | 400 euros

10 . Milestone 3.5.1 Spread - Link FOI based publications on madada.fr | gitlab issue | see last comment on issue | 2 days out of 2 | 800 euros

The lost days were mainly the scheme.org, the database taggging and annotation, the data.gouv.fr work, and some small technical work we could not do. A lot of work during this year was done but not included in the milestones :
for example technical work about the website, maintainance, update, spam control, change of servers, the dadaviz, (please complete @LaurentS ).
support and community work : alavetelists gathering, links with users, journalists, help that we gave to them, website cleaning and translation, coordination and follow-up meetings …
The problems that I see :
for pre-tailored not flexible fundings like nlnet it is complicated ( but not impossible) to change the milestones, the aims and the objectives. We could have done this at some point, but we had trouble gathering and deciding this at that moment.
sometimes we encounter big problems while working on something and we realize that solving it is more important than the milestone we had to work on. But we cannot charge for this more important work : so we chose to do the more important things even if not funded.
invisible work like coordination and follow-up meetings we did not assess and put into the milestones, because the fundings asks for visible results, but invisible less glamourous work that takes a lot of time is not enhanced (it is a little bit like household women work, same situation here
we thought we had enough power to do annotations and scheme.org and data.gouv but we did not do anything on it. We should try to keep our promises / engagements a little bit more or to assess what we can or not do, and we launched several warnings during the year on this
with Laurent we had to deal with budget + nlnet relations + website maintance + finnancing madada + almost everything this year. All this in one day a weak each. It was too much, too complicated to choose the priorities (because sometimes everything was very important) and sometimes out of our work scope and work skills (the budgeting and financial health of our association is not in our skills / scope of work ).
